1 scoop of The Kids Shake 120ml egg whites 1/2 banana, mashed 1/4 tsp baking powder

Toppings (optional): 1/2 banana sugarfree maple syrup

Blend together all of the ingredients until smooth. Heat a non-stick frypan, you can add a little bit of oil to prevent sticking if you wish. Pour in 1/3 of the batter and allow to cook and bubbles to appear. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat until you have used all of the batter. Top with sugarfree maple syrup and the other half of the banana or your desired toppings
