This Strawberry quinoa shake is full of goodness!  Quinoa is a powerhouse of protein, iron, fibre, vitamin B and loads of other vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop The Kids Breakfast Shake – Strawberry
  • 60g of strawberries
  • 2 tbs quinoa flakes
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk

Method

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
