THE GREEN MONSTER SMOOTHIE
Sick of hiding veggies in your kids dinner? Here’s a super power smoothie packed full of veggies your children won’t even notice and actually tastes delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops The Kids Breakfast Shake – Strawberry
- 1/4 avocado
- Handful spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
- 200ml water – or – 150ml milk
Method
- Add everything into a blender
