THE GREEN MONSTER SMOOTHIE

Sick of hiding veggies in your kids dinner?  Here’s a super power smoothie packed full of veggies your children won’t even notice and actually tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops The Kids Breakfast Shake – Strawberry
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Handful spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • 200ml water – or – 150ml milk

Method

  1. Add everything into a blender
  2. Blend on high until spinach blended through
