Ingredients:

500g chicken breast
1 egg, whisked
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1-2 tsp spices (you can use moroccan / mexican / or a mixture of your own)
Pink salt + pepper

Method:

Mix together the flour, sesame seeds, spices, and salt + pepper.
Cut chicken into cubes the size of nuggets. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture then the flour mixture and coat well. Set aside.
To fry: Heat a non sick frypan with some olive or coconut oil. Shallow fry the chicken until crispy.
To Bake / Air fry: Preheat to 200 degree. Line a baking tray and separate the chicken or pop straight into the air fryer. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
