Unfortunately, many packaged snacks that fill the majority of kids' lunch boxes are often packed with added sugars and artificial ingredients.
However, there are many snacks that will keep your children full and energised until their next meal.
Here are 8 snacks that are both healthy and delicious!
Popcorn
Popcorn is often thought of as junk food, but when it's not dowsed in unhealthy toppings or excessive amounts of butter, it's an extremely nutritious whole grain.

Carrot or celery sticks go great with hummus, and this snack also ensures that your kids are getting a good dose of veggies!
Yoghurt
