A delicious and easy family-friendly recipe! Add in any extra veg your little ones enjoy!

8 mini tortilla stand N stuff boats
4 eggs + 2 eggwhites + dash almond milk
100g ham, chopped
50g  mozzarella
onion
spinach

Method: Whisk eggs with milk, add on chopped ham / onion / spinach / salt + pepper / garlic etc and pour evenly into each taco boat. Oven bake at 180 deg until egg cooked (approx 20mins). In the last 5 minutes sprinkle the cheese on top!
